Caissie St.Onge is a veteran comedy-variety television writer, producer and showrunner known for her work on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Rosie O’Donnell Show, the original Best Week Ever, The Graham Norton Effect, Watch What Happens Live! With Andy Cohen, and Busy Tonight, which she executive produced with Busy Philipps and Tina Fey. She’s also served as a longtime comedy writer for some legit legends, including Joan Rivers and Bette Midler and has written or worked on most major award shows at least once. She has got some stories!

During her seasonal TV hiatuses, Caissie loves to play in the world of advertising, working frequently with global brands like Microsoft and Wal-Mart. She's collabed with NFL greats Deion Sanders, Terry Bradshaw, Shannon Sharpe and Mike Ditka on the Pepsi Halftime show for the Grammys directed by McG, as well as writing a series of award-winning webisodes for Dove that were directed by Penny Marshall with special effects by George's Lucas' Industrial Light & Magic. She also wrote one of the first webisode series ever made, sponsored by Sprint, starring Leah Remini, that later became a network television show.

When not creating for the screen, Caissie has ghostwritten a number of celebrity memoirs, which she can’t contractually ever name, as well as her own YA novel about teen vampires. (No, it wasn’t Twilight, unfortunately.)

Since 2020, Caissie has co-hosted and produced the popular podcast Busy Philipps is Doing Her Best with her creative partner, Busy Philipps. She is the Executive Producer and Busy’s sidekick on the upcoming late night talk show Busy This Week on QVC+.

After years of being a New Englander turned New Yorker, Caissie recently moved to Los Angeles with her very fun, very kind husband, Matt, and her young adult sons, Eli and Lincoln, who are quite tall, but do not play any sports.

This year, Caissie is most proud of procuring the Home Depot 12-foot Skeleton Halloween decoration, through sheer grit and determination. She is currently working on a humorous memoir entitled, "The 50-Year-Old Orphan".
